Return/Exchange Policy
At D’ORO, every design is a refined expression of care, crafted to honor a woman’s most serene moments. To ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
1. Returns
We only accept return requests in the event of a manufacturing defect. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by clear images and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Exchanges
• We offer a one-time exchange per order for size or product variation.
• Shipping fees for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
• In exceptional cases, please contact us directly to discuss alternate arrangements.
Product Conditions
For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must:
• Remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Be free from damage, stains, or extended fitting wear.
• Include original packaging, garment bag, and any accompanying gifts (if applicable).
Exclusions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more.
• Custom-made or special request orders.
• Intimates, bodysuits, or highly personal pieces.
3. Return & Exchange Process
1. Submit your request via email or WhatsApp with photos and a clear reason for return/exchange.
2. Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our team.
3. Our team will conduct a quality check within 1–2 business days of receipt.
4. Upon approval, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as agreed.
